The woes of premiership stalwarts, Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko were deepened as they both lost in match day 14 of the Glo Premier League.
Hearts lost by a goal to nil to visitors Berekum Arsenals at the Accra Stadium with Kotoko succumbing to Abusua Dwarfs at Cape Coast by the same goal margin.
With this result, Kotoko have slumped to 14th position on the league table with 14 points.
At the Berekum Park, Bechem Chelsea beat Liberty Professionals by two goals to nil while B.A. Stars' fight against relegation was dented by a 2 - 1 defeat to Tudu Mighty Jets.
Chelsea have maintained their six-point lead at the summit of the league.
