Norway-born Ghanaian goalkeeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey says he hopes to boost his career prospects by securing a nationality switch to play for the Black Stars.
The 23-year-old’s nationality switch has been delayed by the Norweigian Football Association, which is expected to issue the GFA with a letter of approval that would facilitate the move.
The Stromsgodset shot stopper who has been handed a Ghanaian passport, believes he would be the perfect replacement for Black Stars first choice goalkeeper, Richard Kingson.
Adam Larsen Kwarasey told Joy Sports’ Dennis Mirpuri he wanted to play for Ghana because “football in Ghana attracts me more than the Norwegian.”
He said Ghana plays more entertaining football than Norway adding, “I see a big chance to achieving something with Ghana than I do with Norway.”
