Ex-Great Olympics coach, Mohammed Polo says he is in talks with the management of Hearts of Oak over a possible deal to take up a coaching role at the club’s youth side, Auroras.
This follows management’s plan to develop and promote talents from the junior side to bolster the Phobian team on a yearly basis.
Polo, who currently manages the Golden Stars Soccer Academy, said he would only accept the job after the club presents him with suitable conditions in a contract.
He said the talks have not reached any conclusions yet.
The "Dribbling Magician" said he expected to develop at least two players for the senior side every year when the agreement is firmed up.
