The Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman of Anator Holding Company Limited Mr. Alfred Woyome believes good collaboration between the Ghana Football Association and the government, can help Ghana realize its dream to be the second African country to host the FIFA World Cup in 2026 after South Africa hosted it last year.
According to Mr. Woyome, the World Cup will come back to Africa and precisely to Ghana with its rich democracy, good history and better infrastructural development.
He said this places Ghana in a better position to have the nod to become the second African country to host the popular football festival in the world.
Mr. Woyome told Asempa Sports this dream can become a reality only if the government and the Football Association unite and cooperate with each other and work towards achieving this dream since it is possible.
He added that hosting the World Cup comes with a lot of advantages such us developing and marketing the country.
He stressed however on the need for the leaders to be proactive in achieving this target.
