Ghana will be looking to advance past Guinea in the qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Games when the Black Queens host the second leg clash.
Despite posting a 2-0 first leg win, the Black Queens would be determined to put in an assured performance at the El-Wak Stadium on Saturday.
Qualifying over the weekend would up Ghana in a good position of possibly reaching a historic Olympic final after the past setback.
The Black Queens missed out of the 2008 Beijing Olympics after losing in the final play-off fixture to Brazil.
However, coach of the side, A.K. Edusei says he is counting on improved performances to ensure progress as he targets 2012 London Games.
