The Police in Tema is appealing to the public to come help identify some suspected criminals arrested in a dawn swoop at Ashiaman.
The suspects numbering 77 were arrested following complaints from residents about frequent attacks in which they were robbed of jewellery, mobile phones and handbags.
The Public Relations Officer of the Tema Police, Inspector Olivia Turkson said police intelligence had indicated that young men gathered at a place called P-Square where they smoked and drunk, and terrorized residents and passers-by.
Acting on the intelligence, the police swooped on the suspects and arrested the 77 some of whom were carrying leaves suspected to be Indian Hemp.
