Fulani robbers strike at Yendi

Armed robbers have reportedly attacked about 70 passengers travelling on the Saboba-Yendi road. The traders were on their way to Saboba market when the four robbers suspected to be Fulani herdsmen attacked them. The armed men allegedly attacked four vehicles robbing passengers off unspecified amount of money. A reporter with Radio Kitawoln in Saboba, Solomon Obori told Joy News the attackers were armed with AK47 rifles, knives and robbed the passengers, mostly traders, off their money. Police have confirmed the robbery and have begun investigations into the matter.
