The Ghana Beach Soccer Association (GBSA) is set to officially unveil a new sponsorship package with ‘Clementia Contacto’ from Primus Africa Company in South Africa.
According to the GBSA, the three year deal will be unveiled on Thursday 1st December 2011 at the Accra Sports stadium and forms part of the rapid growth and development of beach soccer in Ghana.
Officials of Clementia Contacto have been in Ghana for several weeks monitoring the progress of beach soccer and potential avenues to take the sport to new heights.
The Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. Clement Kofi Humado would be joined by GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi and the board chairman of Primus Africa Ltd Simon Snodford Bapps at the sponsorship ceremony on Thursday.
Primus Africa which is the label behind the giant manufacturer, owns several distinguished brands including top of the range quality toilet rolls which they plan to make available to a mass market in Ghana.

'' You just have to go and watch the beach soccer players in action with their supporters in full flow, the music and dancing to fall in love with this exciting sport.''
The new sponsors would assume the title rights of the ongoing Division 1 Ghana Beach Soccer League featuring 10 clubs but no sponsor.
According to the President of the GBSA Yaw Ampofo-Ankrah, the unanimous decision by the club owners and the executive board to run two parallel leagues is beginning to reap rewards.
''This package would be a major boost to the survival of the division 1 clubs who have had it very difficult since the league commenced two months ago''
Cal Bank led a new wave of sponsors in Ghana for the world's fastest growing sport by securing the Beach Soccer Premier League in a landmark two-year sponsorship deal worth over Gh C 80,000.
The current Cal Bank premier beach soccer league is led by Mighty Warriors of Keta whilst African Angels top the division 1 league ladder.
Both leagues resume with week 10 action this Saturday at the Ghana Beach Soccer Arena in La, just 200 metres from the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.
