Mr. Anthony Gyambiby has been nominated by President John Evans Atta Mills as a Deputy Attorney General and Minister for Justice designate.
A statement signed by the secretary to the President, J.K Bebaako Mensah, President Mills also confirmed Major-General Carl Modey, as the Commissioner for Customs, Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS).
Mr. Carl Modey has been acting as the Commissioner for CEPS.
Mr. Kwadwo Owusu-Agyemang has also been appointed the deputy Minister designate for the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources.
This is President Mills' second deputy ministerial appointments ahead of the December Parliamentary and Presidential elections.
