The Police CID has invited the MP for Assin North Kennedy Agyapong over comments he made last Friday on his radio station OMAN FM.
Mr Agyapong is said to have declared war if the police is not up and doing.
He accused the police service of being inactive especially in flash points like the Odododiodoo area where NPP parliamentary candidate Ursula Owusu was assaulted.
The Assin North MP has confirmed the invitation.
