Assin North MP Kennedy Agyapong has appeared before the Cocoa Affairs court to mount a defence for the treason charge hanging around his neck.
Joy News’ Anny Osabutey who was present at the court reports of heavy security and scores of New Patriotic Party bigwigs and supporters who have massed up at the court.
His lawyers had early on accused the state of "ambush litigation" explaining they have not been served with a charge or have set eyes on their client.
The case is about to heard, Anny reported.
