Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Mfantseman Municipality in the Central Region stopped on his way to work to direct traffic at Mankessim after encountering a monstrous traffic jam.
Kenneth Kelly Essuman adopted the style of the former Greater Accra Mayor, Dr Alfred Okoe Vanderpuje, whose intermittent display of traffic-directing skills attracted public attention.
