Accra High Court in Accra has issued interim injunction ordering telecommunication giants MTN Ghana, to restore the mobile service of Dr. Raymong Atuguba within 30 minutes.
The court gave the order on Tuesday during the preliminary hearing of the case.
Dr. Atuguba last week, sued SCANCOM Gh. Ltd. operators of MTN and the Attorney General for the truncation of service to his mobile phone line.
The Executive Secretary of the Constitutional Review Commission is also seeking compensation for violation of his rights as well as loss of business.
