The Ghanaian scooped three prizes on the night following his impressive campaign for the Welsh side who are pushing to beat the drop
Ghana international Jordan Ayew has been named Swansea City Players' Player of the Year, beating off competition from Lukasz Fabianski and Alfie Mawson.
The 26-year-old, who joined the Welsh club from Aston Villa last season, initially struggled for form this campaign before finding his footing following the arrival of coach Carlos Carvalhal.
Ayew has since scored several important goals to help Swansea’s relegation fight.
He also won the club's top scorer award with 11 goals while his goal against Wolverhampton Wanderers was adjudged as the club's best goal of the season.

However, he missed out on the Supporters' Player of the Year accolade which went to goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski.
Youngster Connor Roberts beat Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham to claim the newcomer of the year award.
