Kwadwo Asamoah has confirmed his six-year career as a Juventus player is to come to an end this summer.
The Ghanaian midfielder leaves the club after winning his sixth successive Serie A title and fourth straight Coppa Italia.
In total, the 29-year-old has won 13 trophies with the Biaconerri and has twice been Champions League finalist.
He will make his final appearance for the Old Lady on Saturday against Hellas Verona.

In a heartfelt statement, Kwadwo Asamoah revealed Juventus tried to prevent him from leaving as they offered a new deal.
''Even though Juventus offered me a new contract, I humbly and respectfully opted to commit myself to a club elsewhere.''
''It will be unbearably austere to play against Juventus in future but I had to make this new commitment purely to the interest of my family and it is my hope and wish that the fans would understand and accept the decision.''
When Asamoah arrived in Turin from Udinese in 2012, he operated either as an offensive central midfielder or a left midfielder. However, due to his versatility, he has featured either as a left-wing back or a left-back and excelled.
He becomes the third player to announce his departure from Juventus this month after veteran goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon and defender Stephan Lichtsteiner.

Where would Kwadwo Asamoah play next?
Asamoah did not give a hint of his next destination. But Joy Sports understands he will stay in Italy.
He is said to have completed a medical with Inter, and in the coming days will sign a three-year contract.
This is after he reportedly acquired a property in Milan months ago in anticipation of a move to the Nerazzurri.
