What a summer it was as we all witnessed history as France were crowned world champions. The World Cup was even more iconic as Joy Sports brought to you exclusive commentary from day one to the final.
So far we have been served with some domestic football but it’s that time of the year again when European Football comes knocking.
Last season, we run commentary from the quarter-final stage but guess what? This year we will be with you each step of the journey. Joy Sports is proud to announce that we will be running commentary from the group stages to the final in Madrid.
By the very kind courtesy of partners DStv, listeners can tune in to quality, world-class commentary and analysis beginning September 18.
You can tune in to Joy FM 99.7 FM every match day as we bring to you match build-ups, expert analysis, high-quality commentary, post-match analysis and as usual our phone lines and social media will be buzzing with a lot of interactions.
The coverage will be led by Joy Sports George Addo Jnr and Gary Al-Smith.
Although there will be live commentary on just one match, listeners will be kept updated as Joy Sports have gathered a specific team to deliver up to the minute updates on other matches being played.
