Fire swept through the Melcom Shopping Mall at Agona Swedru in the Central region on Saturday night.
It took fire fighters from the Apam, Breman Asikuma, Budumburam and Kasoa divisions of the Ghana Fire Service hours, to bring the fire under control.
The fire reportedly started at about 21:00 hours GMT from the furniture section of the shop, after workers had closed and locked the shop up for the day.
Public Relations Officer of Melcom, Richmond Oduro Kwarteng told Myjoyonline.com no casualty was reported.
He said the Fire Service had initiated investigations to determine the cause of the fire.
