Members of Parliament have boycotted business of the House, to protest the delay in payment of their salary arrears.
The Prof. Awurama Addy Committee recommended that Members of Parliament be paid a monthly salary of Ghc7, 200, dating back to January, 2009.
However, Members of both sides of the House unanimously agreed at Thursday’s sitting not to attend to the business of the House, until their back pay is fully paid.
