Today, we gather to celebrate a remarkable achievement and to honour the exceptional leadership of the Western Regional Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Mustapha Iddrisu.
His vision, dedication, and relentless drive have played a pivotal role in the historic success of the NDC in the Western Region, where we proudly secured victory in 15 out of 17 constituencies.

This monumental accomplishment is a testament to his strategic foresight and innovative leadership. One of his most notable initiatives was the formation of a Youth Working Committee, along with several subcommittees designed to engage the youth and harness the diverse talents within the region.
I had the distinct privilege of being a member of these committees, and I can confidently say that this initiative was a masterstroke.

The Youth Working Committee and its subcommittees were a true representation of teamwork and inclusivity. Each member was given the opportunity to contribute meaningfully, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment to the party’s success. The committees worked tirelessly to strategize, organize, and mobilize resources, ensuring that every constituency was energized and ready for victory.
But it wasn’t just about forming committees. The Western Regional Youth Organizer exemplified what it means to be a hands-on leader. He toured the length and breadth of the region, meeting with communities, engaging the youth, and driving the NDC’s message of hope and progress to every corner. His grassroots approach was not only inspiring but also deeply effective, igniting enthusiasm among party faithful and new supporters alike.

His leadership was characterized by inclusivity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of the people. Under his guidance, we were able to transform challenges into opportunities and turn our collective dreams into a resounding reality.
Today, we salute him for his unwavering commitment and his ability to inspire us all. He has shown that with strategic planning, unity, and hard work, there is no limit to what we can achieve.
His efforts have not only brought us electoral success but have also laid a strong foundation for the continued growth and strength of the NDC in the Western region.

To the Western Regional Youth Organizer, we say thank you. Your vision and dedication have made history, and we are proud to stand by your side. You have proven that leadership is not just about holding a position but about inspiring action, building unity, and delivering results.
As we celebrate this victory, let us remember that the journey is ongoing. Together, under the guidance of exceptional leaders like you, we will continue to work towards an even brighter future for our party and our nation.
Long live the NDC!
Long live the Western Regional Youth Organizer!
Long live Ghana!
AIM… you are the man on the podium
Thank you.
