It expressed the fear that the delay could derail gains already made in bringing lasting peace to Dagbon. But the group has now taken its complaints to Otumfuo, who is the chairman of the three-member committee of eminent chiefs, which is charged with the responsibility of bringing peace to Dagbon.Highly placed sources within the Northern Regional Security Council have also raised questions about the work of the eminent chiefs.
