It's been an eventful last 24 hours for the Black Princesses of Ghana who continue to buzz from their triumph in the final of the women's football competition at the African Games.
Ghana came from behind to beat Nigeria in the final at the Cape Coast Stadium on Thursday night, adding to their impressive run of form at the tournament.
Nigeria took the lead in the 23rd minute of the game but Tracey Twum and Abdulai Mukarama were on hand to ensure the Princesses gained the upper hand over their noisy neighbours.

The victory saw them clinch the gold medal at the end of the competition and the players have been displaying their medals since receiving them.
