Airtel Ghana, the Smartphone Network, through its Airtel Premier sub-brand is rewarding hundreds of customers with exciting prizes, as part of the company’s ongoing Wo Mmer3 Nie recharge promo and in commemoration of Ghana’s 60th Independence anniversary celebrations.
Airtel launched Ghana’s biggest recharge promotion – Wo Mmer3 Nie – in February to reward millions of customers with daily, weekly and monthly prizes in addition to the grand cash prizes of GHC 150,000, GHC 100,000 and GHC 75,000 for the ultimate winner, first and second runners-up respectively.
The promotion is open to all Airtel prepaid customers, which includes Airtel Premier customers.
As part of the promotion, Airtel Premier customers stand the chance of winning amazing offers and prizes in addition to the mouth-watering cash prizes at stake. Over the last two weeks, hundreds of Premier customers have been rewarded with various prizes including free fuel coupons and shopping vouchers.
Overall, close to 500 Premier customers are expected to benefit from this offer, with two lucky customers winning free British Airways return tickets each to London as the grand prize at the end of the promotion.
To commemorate Ghana’s 60th Independence anniversary, Airtel Premier has introduced an innovative way to celebrate its customers. Overall, 60 Premier customers who have or will turn 60 this year will be treated to amazing prizes and offers throughout the year.
Commenting on the promotion, Frank Djan, Airtel’s Head of Customer Experience said “Our focus is to add value to the lives of our customers by giving them more rewards for every recharge or data bundle purchased. As part of the ongoing Wo Mmer3 Nie promotion, Premier customers get rewarded with instant prizes anytime they recharge GHC 2 and above. Apart from the daily, weekly and monthly prizes at stake in the promotion, we are rewarding our Premier customers with fuel coupons and shopping vouchers throughout the promo period with two customers winning British Airways return tickets to London”.
Speaking to the celebration of customers who turn 60 this year, he added, “In this 60th year of Ghana’s independence, it is important to celebrate with our high-value customers who are also celebrating a similar milestone in their lives. Families share in and make memories together and here at Airtel, we consider our customers’ family hence this gesture to celebrate with those commemorating their diamond jubilees this year.”
Dzifa Amoa, High value and Premier Manager added “Airtel Premier aims to transcend the borders of telecom service provision, by extending convenience to the everyday life of our customers. Looking at the sort of prizes we selected to give to our customers in this installment of the Wo Mmer3 Nie promo and our birthday celebrants, you can tell we aim to cater for their everyday needs. We also acknowledge that our customers are all different and do not want to be put into a mould, so we have given them the freedom to choose, with the shopping vouchers which they can use in some of Ghana’s most patronized supermarkets”.
Every week, 65 high value customers with the highest points in the ‘Wo Mmer3 Nie’ promo will receive extra prizes in addition to the voice, data and cash prizes that other customers enjoy. All Airtel Premier customers can benefit simply by recharging or purchasing data bundles.
Airtel Premier is a subbrand of Airtel Ghana which caters to the lifestyle needs of its exclusive customers, by delivering an array of benefits from partners including hotels, restaurants, department stores, supermarkets, automobile dealerships and airlines.
Premier customers also enjoy free access to over 700 VIP airport lounges worldwide amongst other exciting benefits.
