Ghana's team has finally departed Accra for the ongoing 2023 Africa Youth & Junior Athletics Championship in Zambia.
Team Ghana sent out nine athletes for the competition which began on April 28 in Lusaka. Among them are seven athletes who will be competing at the U-18s while two of them will be challenging at the U-20 level.
The list contains five 200m athletes with two high jumpers also included in the squad.
The competition is scheduled to end on May 4.
