Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel has unveiled a series of festive customer engagement activities aimed at strengthening brand positioning, enhancing the guest experience, and driving increased patronage during the Christmas and New Year season.
The initiative was officially launched with a Christmas Tree Lighting and Carols Night at the beachfront property in Accra, attracting families, tourists and holidaymakers for an evening of music, celebration and hospitality.
The management stated that the activation forms part of a broader strategy to deliver value for money while creating memorable moments for guests during the peak holiday season.
Speaking at the event, General Manager of Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel, Ernest Zon, said the festive celebration aligns with the hotel’s core brand promise of customer satisfaction, joy and premium yet affordable hospitality.

“Our target at Best Western is to make our guests happy and ensure they enjoy value for money. Christmas is about joy, love and peace, and we wanted to bring all these elements together to create an exciting experience for our guests.”
According to him, the hotel’s beachfront location continues to be a major attraction for guests, particularly during holidays, with the festive season providing an opportunity to deepen customer engagement and encourage repeat visits beyond December.
“People love coming here because of the beachside experience. During the holidays, we promise our guests exciting moments and value for every cedi they spend. These activities are designed to make them return not just this season, but in the future.”
As part of the festive lineup, the hotel has scheduled a range of family-friendly and lifestyle activities including buffet dinners, a Laugh and Jazz Night, BBQ and volleyball events on Boxing Day, an Afrofusion pool party, and a Family Beach Day featuring games for children and adults. The celebrations will be capped with a thanksgiving buffet in early January.
Management noted that pricing for the festive packages has been deliberately kept affordable to encourage families and groups to participate without financial strain, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to inclusive hospitality.
Mr. Zon also expressed appreciation to customers for their support throughout the year, describing 2025 as a gratifying year for the hotel’s operations and growth.
“Without our customers, we would not have survived as a business. We are deeply grateful and do not take their support for granted. We look forward to welcoming them again in 2026 with even better experiences.”
Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel says it remains focused on delivering memorable guest experiences while positioning itself as a preferred holiday and leisure destination during and beyond the festive season.
