Beyonce has been hit with a lawsuit from a backing singer who claims her hit single Xo was copied from his own song.
Singer Ahmad Javon Lane alleges he shared his track, called XoXo, with one of Beyonce's background vocalists and the star consequently ripped it off.
Editors at Tmz.com report Lane is seeking $3 million in damages.
Xo was released last year and is on Beyonce's self-titled fifth solo album.
