The Presiding Bishop of The Pleasant Place Church, Bishop Gideon Titi-Ofei, has offered the Tema West Municipal Health Directorate a 100-bed facility to be used as a Covid-19 isolation centre.

The Bishop, who is also President and CEO of Almond Institute, made the donation on Tuesday, March 31 as his quota in the fight against the fast-spreading coronavirus.

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases recorded in Ghana has risen to 161.

This indicates an increase of nine from the initial 152.
