Ghana have had two training sessions since arriving in South Africa on Saturday to prepare for the weekend's crucial 2014 World Cup qualifier against Lesotho.
The Black Stars touched down in Johannesburg on Saturday afternoon, less than 24 hours after beating Sudan 3-1 to keep alive their hopes of reaching the final phase of the qualifier.
Kwesi Appiah's and his 24-member playing squad left Omdurman immediately after their victory over the Nile Crocodiles on Friday night to make the journey to South Africa.
Upon arrival, the entire Black Stars squad did recovery training on Saturday night while those who played on Friday were rested from Sunday's light training session.
The Black Stars will continue training in Johannesburg until they depart for neighbouring Lesotho on Thursday.
