Brazil crashed out of the ongoing 2010 World Cup after a 2:1 defeat to Netherlands, and the resultnsent soccer fans at Joy Newsroom jubilating.
And even though Ghana are yet to play their quarter-final match against Uruguay the same day, the fans believe Netherlands will be a better option for the Black Stars should the Stars qualify.
They are absolutely convinced the Black Stars will overcome the Uruguay threat in the shortly due match.
And when Brazil took an early lead courtesy a Robinho well taken strike in the first half, the fans in the newsroom were a bit distraught.
They just could not help but admire the pace, rage, skill and sheer brilliance shown by key players of both teams.
A determined Netherlands side fought back from a goal down to score two quick goals in the second half with the second goal from an unlikely source- Sneijder.
He soared above the Brazilian back line and headed home an immaculate cross on the right, a goal that eventually sent Netherlands to the semi-finals of the tournament.
The Brazilians were torn part and when the whistle went for the end of the game, fans here in the newsroom went berserk.
They look forward to a Ghana- Netherlands semi-final clash, and so they wait.
