The British Council in collaboration with its associate schools in Kumasi is organizing The Cambridge International Examinations Exhibition on Friday, June 13 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Kumasi.
The Theme for this year’s Exhibition is dubbed ‘Go Global, Gain a Competitive Edge on the Global Market’.
The Exhibition is open to parents, students, principals and heads of schools, teachers, international schools and expatriates.
The Exhibition is aimed at giving the participants the chance to interact with the British Council's Associate schools to learn about the programme that develops them into truly responsible individuals.
Some of the partner schools include Angel Educational Complex, Enas Hybrid, International Community School, Hilltop International Science College and Headlines Education Centre all located in the Kumasi metropolis.
Visitors at the Exhibition will be introduced to a variety of programmes and International educational opportunities that develop students into confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and engaged individuals.
Over the years, some of the partner schools have seen their students excel as a direct result of the Cambridge International Examinations programme.
Although famed for the O-level, IGCSE and A-level courses, The Cambridge International Examinations also offers the Cambridge Primary and ICT Starter qualification and this offers basic ICT knowledge to pupils in this fast change technological era.
In Ghana, the British Council works with 30 Associate schools across the country to offer students and parents the chance to study these internationally recognised courses.
During the one-day event, visitors will be given the unique opportunity to meet representatives 87of the participating schools that currently offer a range of Cambridge International Exams.
