Medeama enter the first group stage game of the CAF Confederation Cup without center back Daniel Amoah.
The Black Satellites defended is suspended after picking up three yellow cards in the competition.
Amoah accumulated these cards after being booked in the games against Al Ittihad and Mamelodi Sundowns.
Head coach Prince Owusu must now look for a suitable replacement for the 18 year old and a suitable partner for experienced Paul Aidoo.
