At this year Live2Lead meeting the various lessons to be presented by renowned leadership experts will underscore how to develop leaders for effectiveness and great results.

John C. Maxwell will teach onpractical ways that leaders can seek out and develop those around them in order to maximize the returns on the investment in their people.

Nana Ansah Kwao IV will use his experience as a transformational and influential chief of Adumasa to demonstrate how anyone can lead from anywhere, particularly, how traditional leaders can use their positions to help build leaders to lead the nation.

He will share life story as a traditional leader to demonstrate how each one of us can lead from everywhere we find ourselves and draw lessons for other leaders to create an enabling environment for others to thrive and lead.

This year, as with previous year Gold Fields Ghana is the headline sponsor.

The mining company believes in CTL Africa’s vision of developing leaders for the continent and since last year has partnered with them to make the event a success.
