Charterhouse, in partnership with Geisha and in collaboration with MTN Ghana, has announced the 8th National Women’s Summit & Expo (NWSE) 2026, billed as Ghana’s most influential platform advancing women’s leadership, mentorship and intergenerational impact.
The event is scheduled for Friday, 13 March 2026, at the Palms Convention Centre, La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Organisers say the summit, held to mark International Women’s Day, promises to be the most impactful edition yet.
Theme 2026: “Give to Gain”
Under this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” NWSE 2026 seeks to challenge conventional thinking about success. It highlights the idea that when women give through mentorship, collaboration, investment, knowledge-sharing and opening doors, entire ecosystems benefit.
The theme aligns with global International Women’s Day momentum and calls on women across generations to move beyond individual advancement towards collective elevation. The summit will spotlight how strategic generosity, intentional networks and shared opportunities can drive growth in business, leadership, finance, governance and entrepreneurship.
A platform shaping national conversations
Over the past seven editions, the National Women’s Summit & Expo has evolved into one of Ghana’s leading platforms dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, economic empowerment, mentorship and cross-generational dialogue.
Organisers describe NWSE as more than a conference, but:
• A national convening of influence
• A high-impact business and leadership ecosystem
• A mentorship bridge between established leaders and emerging talent
• A marketplace of ideas, capital and opportunity
From corporate executives and decision-makers to founders, creatives, students and young entrepreneurs, the summit attracts a diverse and influential audience.
What to expect at NWSE 2026
Participants can look forward to a full day of transformational keynote addresses, panel discussions on leadership, access to finance, entrepreneurship and power, networking sessions, and an immersive and interactive expo connecting brands directly with a premium female audience. The event will also feature speed mentorship sessions.
The 2026 edition will place special emphasis on mentorship, access to capital, intergenerational collaboration and rethinking financial systems for equity, positioning women as key architects of economic growth.
Strategic partnerships driving impact
The summit is supported by corporate institutions including:
• Bayport Management Ltd
• Standard Chartered
• Bel-Aqua Mineral Water
Organisers say these partnerships reinforce the summit’s position as a serious economic and leadership platform.
Call for Expo vendors
Organisers have opened applications for Expo vendors, inviting SMEs, startups, founders and established brands to secure exhibition spaces.
They say the Expo offers opportunities to engage directly with decision-makers, build strategic partnerships, boost brand visibility and convert inspiration into measurable business outcomes. Exhibition spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
Why NWSE 2026 matters
The summit brings together women who are shaping industries and driving change. According to organisers, it is a space where partnerships are formed, investments are sparked and mentorship changes trajectories.
Registration is now open. For vendor participation, partnerships or media enquiries, the public can call 020 471 4598 or 024 646 9062.
The National Women’s Summit & Expo is held annually to mark International Women’s Day. Now in its eighth year, it continues to serve as a catalyst for dialogue, insight and economic empowerment for women in Ghana and beyond.
