The Information Minister has given a clearest indication that the Chinese galamsey queen said to be notorious for defiling Ghana's environment through illegal mining will no longer have a stroll in Ghana's mines.
Moustapha Hamid says Asia Huang, who is now in prison custody will be made to face the full rigors of the law and will not be allowed to go scot free as happened in the past.
"It is unfortunate she got away in the past," he told Joy News' Dzifa Bampoh, adding, "there will be no sacred cows as far as the fight against galamsey is concerned."
Huang, popularly called Aisha is quite known in the Ashanti Region but for the wrong galamsey reasons. She is noted to own illegal mining sites and has recruited dozens of illegal miners mostly Chinese to engage in the illegal mining activity.
In a jaw breaking revelation on Newsfile, Saturday, Editor in Chief of the Crusading Guide newspaper, Kweku Baako Jnr said the Chinese galamsey queen had compiled videos and audio tapes of various sex escapades Chinese women have had with some influential Ghanaian leaders and security chiefs.
According to Baako, the Chinese galamsey queen uses these videos to blackmail these powerful Ghanaians politicians and security personnel into submission whilst she hopped from one galamsey mine to another.

"Three times, Aisha was arrested and three times she was released," Baako added.
But the Information Minister said those days are gone. Shortly after meeting the Chinese Ambassador in Ghana to explore a mutually acceptable way of fighting the galamsey menace, Mustapha Hamid said they will stamp out galamsey and nobody will be left off the hook.
Anti-galamsey campaigners have expressed worry over the possibility that government's commitment in fighting the canker may just be a nine day wonder but Hamid disagrees.
He said the swiftness with which Aisha has been arrested is enough testimony of the commitment in fighting the canker.
"From the presidency down to the smallest person in government, there is commitment to fight galamsey," he said, "assuring that the galamsey fight is the uppermost agenda of government."
"The security agencies have woken up to the responsibility. The media too have thrown the searchlight on galamsey and it will be difficult for any official to renege on his responsibility," he added.
