The Cocoa Processing Company (CPC) has made adequate chocolate available for the celebration of the National Chocolate Day.
The day coincides with Valentine's Day which falls on February 14 every year.
Last year there was a shortage of the product in the country because management of the company did not anticipate the massive patronage.
In response to that the company says this year it has put on the market about 10 million bars of chocolate for the season.
The Public Relations Manager of the company, Mr. B. James told Joy News’ Israel Laryea that the packaging of the product had also been improved.
He stressed that the company encouraged managers of its outlets to decorate their shops to make them attractive.
Mr James said the CPC had increased significantly its production from 30 metric tones of chocolate per month to 100 metric tones so far this year.
