The newly appointed Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice-designate, Lawyer Alfred Tuah-Yeboah, has affirmed his commitment to serve Ghana with dignity.
The Minister of Justice-designate stated he would work hard to serve in the interest of Ghana to make Sunyani and Bono Region proud.
Mr Tuah-Yeboah made the pledge when the leadership of Students Representative Councils (SRCs) of Tertiary Institutions in Sunyani called on him.
The SRC leaders together with the leaders of the Sunyani Youth Development Association (SYDA) in their visit congratulated the Minister for his nomination.
Among the leaders on the trip were; Messrs Akomea Sakyi, SYDA secretary, Pius Yeboah Nimako, former national secretary for National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS), Asiedu Kwarteng Christopher, the SRC Vice President for Sunyani Technical University and Wiafe Richard, SRC President for the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR).
Mr Tuah-Yeboah implored the students and the youth to be honest and remain committed in all their endeavours and also listen to the opinions of others to equip them to become good future leadership.
Mr. Pius Yeboah Nimako, the immediate past NUGS secretary commended Mr Tuah-Yeboah for his dedication in politics and in his profession in the Region.
Mr. Akomea Sakyi said Mr Tuah-Yeboah's appointment was laudable and thanked President Nana Akufo-Addo for regarding the good work of Mr Tuah-Yeboah.
He asked the Minister designate to inspire the youth in the Municipality and use his position to fight for the Municipality to have its fair share of the national cake for development.
