Bright Ewusi, popularly known as DJ Bridash, has established himself as one of Ghana’s dynamic and influential disc jockeys and radio personalities, recognised for his strong presence on radio and growing impact within the country’s entertainment space.
Best known for his electrifying mixes, keen music selection and deep connection to local music culture, DJ Bridash continues to shape the sound of contemporary Ghanaian radio and nightlife.
He is a lead DJ at Hitz 103.9 FM, a leading Accra-based radio station noted for its blend of contemporary local and international music. DJ Bridash commands the decks on flagship shows including Daybreak Hitz and the Night Ride Show, where his energetic style and sharp ear for hits keep audiences engaged throughout the day and night.
His skill, influence and contribution to music promotion have earned him industry recognition. In 2024, DJ Bridash received two nominations at the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards in the categories of Male Radio DJ of the Year and Record Promoter of the Year, competing alongside some of Ghana’s respected names in radio and DJ promotion.
In addition to his radio work, DJ Bridash has also made inroads as a music creator and collaborator. His output includes well-received tracks such as “Strong Bond,” featuring King Maaga and Yaw Berk, showcasing his versatility and ability to blend different genre influences into memorable productions. Other popular works include collaborative songs like “Eye Odo” with Kofi Mole and Eshun, highlighting his range as both a DJ and music producer.
