The Eastern Regional National Democratic Congress (NDC) has congratulated the out-going Eastern Regional Minister, Mr Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, on his appointment as the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development. This was contained in a letter signed by the Deputy Regional Secretary of the party, Mr M. M. Doe. The letter said the appointment of Mr Ofosu-Ampofo was an acknowledgement and endorsement of his selfless and dedicated service to the party at both national and the region.
