The three-day Ecobank-JoyBusiness SME Fair 2025 concluded yesterday, Sunday, November 2, with a definitive bang, solidifying its status as the nation’s largest and most successful business-to-consumer (B2C) convergence of the year.

The Ghud Park, Accra Mall, was a scene of continuous, overwhelming success, characterised by overwhelming patronage, million-cedi sales volumes, and a spectacular series of celebrity performances that kept the energy soaring until the final hour.

The fair, organised by the Multimedia Group Limited and spearheaded by Joy Prime in partnership with Ecobank, shattered expectations by successfully integrating serious commerce with high-octane entertainment, delivering massive returns for both vendors and shoppers.

The final day's attendance figures pushed the overall patronage into thousands for the three-day run.

The sheer scale of massive crowds translated directly into exponential sales.

Over 160 Exhibitors participated, covering every major sector from retail and agro-processing to tech and professional services.

Attendance exceeded initial estimates daily, with Day 1 alone drawing over 1,000 people, setting a high benchmark for the weekend.

Vendors across all sectors reported bumper profits, with sales volumes reaching into the millions of Ghana Cedis, driven largely by the aggressive discount strategies.

For the vast majority of exhibitors, the fair provided unprecedented exposure and direct market access that would take months to achieve under normal circumstances.

The public's massive response was fuelled by the promise and delivery of incredible financial value.
Vendors escalated their discount rates daily, culminating in a final-day frenzy that saw prices slashed by up to a jaw-dropping 70% on select products.

Shoppers capitalised on "must-go" prices on inventory, including local apparel, footwear, electrical gadgets, and high-quality agro-processed goods.

High foot traffic was ensured by the continuation of free luxury services, including complimentary makeup sessions, hair washing, perming, and retouching sessions.

Some lucky participants walked away with many giveaways, free offers and much more.
Ecobank and regulatory partners like the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) provided free business advisory sessions, adding immense professional value to the event for entrepreneurs.

The massive crowd figures were sustained by a thrilling entertainment line-up that reinforced the fair's festive atmosphere.
The live performances were the powerful magnet that kept patrons engaged and shopping until the 8:00 PM closing time.

Chart-topping duo Keche and high-energy rapper Tulenkey delivered show-stopping performances throughout the weekend.

The acclaimed gospel artist Perez Musik provided a powerful, soul-lifting dimension to the weekend's entertainment.

The Fair received a major boost from the surprise visit and endorsement of award-winning rapper Edem, who hailed the fair as "phenomenal" for Ghana's enterprise sector.

Fantastic band Kwan Pa was at its best, while DWP Academy delivered electrifying dance moves to keep patrons and vendors on their feet throughout.

The Ecobank-JoyBusiness SME Fair 2025 has set a new national standard for trade shows, demonstrating that the strategic blend of spectacular entertainment and massive commercial incentives is the formula for driving both economic growth and overwhelming public engagement.

The success of the three-day event is a profound win for Ghana’s SME ecosystem and the overall economy.

The Ecobank-JoyBusiness SME Fair is sponsored by Ecobank, MTN, Sintex Tank, Wintiz Special Gari Mix from JW Foods, Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), Greenbox Sewage, and DPS Pipes.
