Exhibitors and patrons at the first clinic of the 2022 Ecobank Joy News Habitat Fair have commended the Multimedia Group for its continuous creation of a platform to make home ownership flexible for all consumers.
The first clinic, which lasted for three days, began on Friday 22nd and ended on Sunday 24th of July 2022 at the Achimota Retail Centre.
Some exhibitors who spoke to Joy Business at the clinic said they cannot wait to witness the main fair in August 2022.

“Saturday was awesome we had more people visiting our stands, it was better than Friday and today it has been good. We got a lot of people coming to make enquiries, some even want us to come and do installations as soon as possible. So it’s been good for the clinic and we know that it would be better for the second clinic and then to the main event as well”, Alberta Zoe Newman, a representative from Virtual Security Africa said.
“It has been really good considering the number of people we got coming to our stands. Now people are understanding the whole system of the habitat fair; that it is important they come for the fair to have good and quality materials like Superlock items for their homes” Kojo Bosompem of Super Locks Technologies pointed out.

The Ecobank Joy News Habitat Fair has over the years attracted huge numbers of exhibitors who showcase a wide range of building materials and housing accessories and the first clinic was not an exception.
The fair witnessed a massive turnout as prospective property owners visited the venue to look for the best deals offered by realtors.
“So far we have visited Elegant Homes and the Planned City Extension project. They explained to me their homes and payment plan and it looks good. Just that in Ghana, things are hard but they have a good offer” a Patron said.

“I think some of these things should be encouraged as JoyNews is doing for us to get the understanding because often times, we feel that the things are too far from us. So far, I am impressed and I am yet to explore other stores”, he added.
The clinics would provide opportunities to many potential property owners to become abreast of the processes leading to acquiring their houses.

The 2nd clinic comes off between the 5th and 7th August, 2022 at the West Hills Mall and the main event will be held on the 24th to the 28th of August 2022 at the Accra International Conference Center here in Accra.
