As part of Enterprise Insurance’s 100th-anniversary celebrations, this year’s International Customer Service Week was celebrated in an exceptional way to reward customers.
Under the global theme, “Going Above and Beyond to Serve You,” Enterprise Insurance embraced the opportunity to honour customers who have been at the heart of the company’s journey over the last century.
To commemorate this special occasion, Enterprise Insurance recognised 100 outstanding clients, 50 corporate customers, and 50 individual customers who have shown loyalty and trust in the services of the company.
In a heartfelt gesture of appreciation, Enterprise presented its corporate clients with beautifully designed plaques, symbolising a deep gratitude for their long-standing partnership and business.
According to the Managing Director of Enterprise Insurance, Akosua Ansah-Antwi, these plaques serve as a lasting reminder of the mutual trust and collaboration that have propelled both clients and Enterprise Insurance to greater heights.
“Our Corporate customers, who have been integral to our success, continue to inspire us to innovate and raise the bar in delivering exceptional service.

"Equally, we recognised 50 Retail/Individual customers with thoughtfully curated gift packs as tokens of our appreciation. These customers, many of whom have been with us for decades, represent the values of reliability, friendliness and trust that Enterprise Insurance stands for. Their continued confidence in our services motivates us to go beyond meeting their evolving needs,” she said.
Celebrating customers during International Customer Service Week reflects Enterprise Insurance’s commitment to not only providing top-notch insurance solutions but also building strong, lasting relationships.
“As Ghana’s oldest insurance company, having served generations for 100 years, we recognise that our success is inseparable from the trust our customers have placed in us.
"As we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to enhancing customer experiences. Our goal is not just to recognise past achievements but also to set the stage for future excellence in service delivery.
"We believe that by investing in relationships with both customers and employees, we can create an environment where everyone thrives,” she added.
As Enterprise embarks on this celebration of 100 years of service, the company uses the occasion to invite all customers to join in reflecting on the journey together.
