He reckons Ghana has come a long way already and is confident he can live up to the challenge of coaching the Black Stars. One of the first things he plans on doing is to get Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien back in the national setting again after his long absence.Essien took time off national team duties after a long injury induced absence and even though the GFA have announced he will be back soon, the player has not been so forth coming.
