Leading hospitality facility, Fiesta Royale hotel has received an award at the 9th Ghana-Africa Business Awards ceremony held in Accra at the Coconut Grove Regency hotel.
The hotel received the Gold award in recognition of its contribution to the development of Ghana within the context of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) in the category of Tourism Promotion (Hospitality).
Organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Regional Integration, the Ghana-Africa Business Awards ceremony seeks to celebrate business entities that have contributed to accelerating Ghana’s economic development through increased intra-African trade and investment.
The event brought together diplomats of the African Diplomatic Corps in Ghana, captains of industries and traditional rulers.
Top Management members of the hotel led by the General Manager, Mr. Francois Olivier were present to receive the Fiesta Royale award.
Receiving the award on behalf of the hotel, Mr. Olivier commended the organizers for taking keen interest in acknowledging hard work in the country.
Fiesta Royale, he noted would not be complacent for receiving the award but strive hard to maintain its quality service for which it has received such huge recognition.
Other companies were awarded in the platinum and silver categories for making forays in manufacturing, tourism development, retailing sectors and telecommunications.
