The First Sky Group Limited has been lauded by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Prof Lydia Aziato, for their generous donation of GH₵210,706.00.

The funds have been allocated for the provision of poles, streetlights, cables, and necessary accessories, as well as covering the installation costs along the approximately 1km stretch from the roundabout to China Phase II.

Prof Aziato expressed her gratitude, emphasizing the significant impact the donation will have on enhancing the safety and accessibility of the road leading to the university. "This generous contribution from First Sky Group Limited is a testament to their commitment to the development of our university and the well-being of our students and staff. The installation of streetlights and other accessories will greatly improve the safety of the route, especially during the night," she stated.

In addition to First Sky Group Limited, other notable entities have also been commended for their support towards the progress of UHAS. Among them are the Jospong Group of Companies, the Member of Parliament for Hohoe, John Peter Amewu, and Jiangsu Nantong San Jian Construction Group Company Ltd, the contractor responsible for the China-aided Phase II project. Their combined efforts have been instrumental in advancing the university's infrastructure and overall growth.

The Vice-Chancellor highlighted the importance of such collaborations in achieving the university's goals. "The collective support from these esteemed organizations and individuals is invaluable.
