GCB will from next year embark on an aggressive upgrade of all its 157 branches to international standards.
The bank says it will also build 15 additional branches within the same period to bring the number of its bank branches to 172.
The move, according to the bank, is part of efforts to improve service delivery and bring banking to the door steps of its customers.
Managing Director of GCB, Simon Dornoo, disclosed this to Joy Business at a programme with its high net clients aimed at discussing the bank's performance.
"We had a higher level of skepticism a couple of years back but as we progressed over time we are hearing from people who are giving us positive feedback -- that we are progressing in the right direction", said Mr Dornoo.
He said the bank will also invest in its staff and systems to ensure it is appropriately positioned to deliver higher customer satisfaction.
