The countdown is on for the 6th Edition of the Ghana Credit Excellence Awards and CICM President Ball 2025, scheduled for Thursday, 9th October 2025.Â
The prestigious and premier event in the financial sector is expected to attract a cross-section of banks, specialised deposit-taking institutions and non-bank financial institutions, corporate leaders, policymakers, regulators, service providers, and international partners for an unforgettable night of recognition, networking, and celebration.
Over the years, the Ghana Credit Excellence Awards has cemented its reputation as the leading platform for celebrating excellence in Ghana’s financial sector.
It honours the best performing banks, microfinance companies, credit unions and individuals who are not only delivering results but also upholding integrity, innovation, and best practices in a dynamic and competitive financial sector.
Speaking at a media soirée, President of the Institute, Evelyn Osei-Tutu, said the gathering would be graced by high-profile guests, including the Chief of Staff of the Republic of Ghana, Julius Debrah, and the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr. Johnson Pandit Asiama.
The guests attending the 2025 edition can look forward to a red-carpet welcome with live media coverage, interviews, and photo opportunities, inspirational keynote addresses by leading figures from Ghana’s financial, regulatory, and academic communities. There will also be individual awards celebrating CEOs, Microfinance Personality, and icons with lifetime achievements.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, October 9th, 2025 and will take place at the Amissah Arthur Hall, National Banking College, Accra. The Red Carpet will begin at 3:30 PM and the Main Event will begin at 4:00 PM.
