The maiden edition of the Ghana Manufacturing Awards, which brings together players in the manufacturing industry, will close nomination on March 15, 2017.
The awards is to recognize achievements from local and international companies involved in the Ghana manufacturing sector and rewarded those that have played a defining role in moving the industry forward.
The Ghanaian economy has become increasingly reliant on goods manufactured to sustain growth and development over the past few decades.
The event is scheduled for Friday 28th April, 2017 at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel is in partnership Unibank Ghana limited and Ernst Young and Joy Business.
In times like these, when the manufacturing sector is faced with consistent challenges, the ability of organizations as well as the people involved in the industry to deliver the innovative technologies, financial packages, insurance products, best practices, and initiatives to succeed is crucial.
According to the Events Director the Unibank Ghana Manufacturing Awards, is an annual prestigious awards ceremony that celebrates the very best in Manufacturing from all aspects of Manufacturing industry, sharing landmark work and developments taking place across so many important areas of science, stewardship, health and safety, corporate social responsibility, engineering, innovation and technology.
The Awards resonates with governments effort to promote industrialization and local manufacturing in the country
The Awards is organized by Xodus Communications, the organizers of the annual Ghana Oil & Gas Awards, Ghana Auto Awards and the National Aviation Awards.
The Awards are entirely inclusive and opened to any individual, company focused on manufacturing, and it cuts across service providers, distributors, financial institutions, insurance, regulators, government agencies and more.
