Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) has received three awards at the second edition of the Ghana Manufacturing Awards held in Accra.
The company was awarded the Beverage Manufacturing Company of the Year (Alcoholic Category), Brand of the Year and the Local Content Award for its exceptional quality products and sustainable production processes that improve livelihoods of local farmers in Ghana.
GGBL is the only beverage business listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange and produces a total beverage portfolio including Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, Star Lager, Orijin Bitter and Beer Johnnie Walker Blue, Platinum, Gold, Black and Red Labels, Baileys, Smirnoff Vodka, Smirnoff Ice, Malta Guinness, Alvaro, Orijin Zero among others.
Managing Director of GGBL, Gavin Pike, said the company feels very proud to receive the three awards from a competitive and diverse manufacturing industry in Ghana.

The Ghana Manufacturing Awards was instituted by Xo-dus Communications to reward deserving players in the manufacturing industry for various achievements in their respective sectors and the role they play in contributing to the growth and development of the country.
