Ghana Property Awards has voted CPL Developers Limited as the Developer of the Year 2015(middle income) for the best detached and semi-detached developments in the country.
The real estate company after 11 years in the industry picked up its first national award.
An excited CEO was eager to explain the value of the endorsement.
“This award certainly places us a head of the Park, and definitely separates us from the others…we swept the award against other strong brands who are seen as giant with track records in the industry”
CPL beat Devtraco and Rehoboth Properties Limited to the award organized at the State House on Saturday the 7th of November, 2015.
A citation presented to the company read:
“Your continued excellence as a leading brand in the Property Industry is an example to all, and your harmonious communities remain the standard bearers in the industry. We say Ayekoo”.
The Ghana Property Awards (GAPOA) is an annual Awards series for Ghana real estate, property and construction sectors. GAPOA which began in 2007, celebrated its 8th year anniversary this year.
The theme for the 2015 awards is "Infrastructural Development in pursuit of Excellence in a disputed Region"
