Ghana Top 50 HR leaders awards has been renamed Ghana Human Resource Innovation Awards (GHRIA).
The 2nd GHRIA to be held on February 22, 2019 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra, will recognize organizations with excellent HR practices and models as well as leading practitioners, who have demonstrated excellence & Innovation in the HR Profession..
The awards is an annual celebration of leading Human Resource practitioners and organizations with topnotch HR models who have made sterling contributions to the corporate sector over the years.
Human Resource unit play a pivotal and strategic roles in sustaining organizational growth in a highly competitive global environment.
GHRIA provides an exceptional opportunity for stakeholders to network, entertain clients, and reinforce relationships with partners and reward staff with exceptional performance.
According to Mr. Akin Naphtal, the CEO of Instinct Wave; “In the last decade, there has been a paradigm shift in the management approach by organizations and Practitioners. Unlike previous trends where the focus was on functions such as planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating attendance, payroll, recruitment, etc.
“The HR manager now wears multiple hats; these roles vary from being an employee advocate, a change agent and a strategic partner. Instinct Wave is lifting the veil to celebrate and honour HR practitioners who have demonstrated excellence in delivering best practice and innovation in the HR Profession as well as organizations” he added.
Mr. Naphtal indicated that; the fresh categories that have been introduced to the awards scheme cuts across all business sectors in both private and public sector organizations. As an improvement upon the first edition of the award scheme. Ghana’s Top 20 HR Leaders will be unveiled during the Gala night.
He called on all nominees to submit entries on the events website latest by 12th February.
GHRIA 2019 promises to be a memorable one and the gala night will excite the industry in a fashionable manner.
