Ghana U-20 midfielder Joseph Aidoo has completed a three-year transfer from Romanian outfit Sănătatea Cluj to Slovakian giants MSK Zilina.
The 20-year-old central midfielder was part of the 26-man squad that represented Ghana at the African U-20 Cup of Nations in Egypt. Although Ghana failed to reach the semi-finals, it was Aidoo’s brilliant assist that helped the team advance to the quarter-finals — a long, precise pass to Joseph Amankwah Opoku, who weaved through the opposition’s defence before burying the ball in the back of the net.
